The Driver App is a mobile solution designed for Hirschbach drivers. It provides a range of features including document scanning, load information, dispatch messages, and settlement information.

To access these features, you must be an active Hirschbach driver and have a Hirschbach Driver Code.

The Driver App offers a simple and reliable scanning solution that allows you to quickly transmit high-quality document images to the Hirschbach Corporate Headquarters. This app is convenient for scanning and submitting documents on the go. It optimizes documents, enhancing the quality even for carbon-copied documents, light gray text, or colored backgrounds. Additionally, the app displays your most recent loads, making it easy to submit documents associated with those loads.

Features & Functionality:

• Stay updated on your settlements
• Receive messages from dispatch
• Scan and categorize images
• Optimize image quality
• Crop, rotate, lighten, or darken images for better quality
• Review recent loads and submit documents
• Automatically compresses document images for fast transmission and minimal data usage
• Allow multiple documents to be scanned and sent together
• Quality check – evaluates, scores, and validates image quality before submission. If an image is blurry or unclear, the app prompts the user to review or retake it.

Required Device:

The Driver App is designed for iPhone 5 or above. It is compatible with iPad 4, iPad Air, and iPad Mini but requires sufficient lighting for photographing. It does not work with iPad 2 or older or iPod Touch due to the low camera resolution which is insufficient for capturing typical PODs and trucking documents.
